  • Prices are listed in EUR or USD, as specified

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard)

  • AEF does not store credit card information

All transactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of the payment processors.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies for retreats and workshops are specified in the applicable Retreat Agreement or program description.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Administrative fees may apply

  • No refunds are issued for early departure or unused services

  • Travel and accommodation booked independently are the participant’s responsibility

  • AEF reserves the right to cancel Activities due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case program fees will be refunded.

7. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in AEF Activities may involve travel, shared accommodations, rural or historical environments, and physical movement.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own health, wellbeing, and medications

  • AEF is not liable for injuries, illness, accidents, or acts of nature

  • You assume all inherent risks associated with participation

  • Participants must follow safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.

8. Accessibility & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to:

  • Respect facilities, staff, facilitators, and fellow participants

  • Refrain from damaging property or disrupting shared spaces

  • Observe quiet hours and community agreements

  • Accessibility varies by location. Participants must notify AEF in advance of mobility or medical needs so we can assess suitability.

9. Photography & Media

AEF may document Activities through photography or video for educational and promotional purposes.

 

By participating, you grant AEF permission to use such media unless you notify us in writing before the Activity begins.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

AEF processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
